Our services also include access to messaging and communication tools. As a member you have access to the Member's ID No., and you might gain access to other contact information of the Member(s) through the regular use of the messaging and communication tools. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that, with respect to other Members' personally identifiable information that you obtain through messaging and communication tools, We hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for: (a) Your Company related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, and (b) any other purpose that such member expressly agrees to after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s). In all cases, you must give Members an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them. We and our members do not tolerate spam. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Profile
Delete your information: Upon your request, we will remove your profile and contact information from our active databases. Such information will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible and in accordance with any applicable laws. To delete your profile, visit the Delete Profile page. Note that you must be logged in to perform this action. Please note that profiles that are suspended or blocked due to a violation of our terms of use or privacy policy are generally not eligible for deletion.
We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove for certain circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions.
Opting out of all Emails send by us : To opt-out of all emails sent by us, you must deactivate your profile with us. You can do this in the Deactivate Profile page. Note that you must be logged in to perform this action. Please note that you can continue to receive emails from us for up to 48 hours after you deactivate your profile. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
